Tomatoes – 3/4 cup
Canned diced tomatoes – 1 can (you will use the sauce)
Vegetable stock (low sodium) – 1/2 cup
Onion (minced) – 1
Garlic cloves (minced) – 2
Turmeric powder – 2 teaspoons
Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
Sea salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Basil (dried) – 1 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper (freshly ground) – pinch


-Get the garlic and the onion fried in your coconut oil and over a medium heat for 60 seconds.
-Next you need to add the tomatoes and turmeric and boil until your tomatoes are cooked and soft.
-You can include tomatoes, basil, ACV and stock, let it boil.
-Let it simmer for 5 minutes and let it simmer.
-Take it down and let it cool at room temperature, then let it be blended in a blender until you get a homogeneous mixture.
-Add your pepper and salt and it’s ready to consume.
